O&M planned during construction, not improvised after

The best-performing assets are the ones where operations & maintenance was designed in from the start — spare-parts strategy, monitoring architecture, and maintenance access were all considered during engineering, not figured out after handover. Our O&M teams are involved from the design stage for exactly this reason.

Once an asset is live, we run scheduled preventive maintenance alongside continuous remote monitoring, so performance issues are caught as trends — a slowly degrading inverter, a drifting transformer temperature — long before they become failures.

Preventive maintenance schedules are built around each asset's specific equipment and site conditions.

What this covers

  • Preventive and predictive maintenance scheduling
  • Remote performance monitoring and reporting dashboards
  • Spare parts planning and rapid-response field service
  • Vegetation, civil and structural upkeep for site assets
  • Regulatory and safety compliance during operations
  • Performance reporting aligned to lender and stakeholder requirements

Our approach

Every O&M contract starts with an asset-specific maintenance plan — not a generic checklist — built around the equipment installed, the site's environmental conditions, and the performance guarantees the asset needs to meet.
