Defects found after commissioning are the most expensive kind. We catch them earlier — at the material stage, during installation, and before final energisation.
Quality checkpoints built into the process, not bolted on at the end
Our quality control program runs in parallel with construction, not after it. Incoming materials are inspected against specification before they're accepted on site. Installation work is checked at defined hold points — foundations before backfill, cable terminations before energisation, structural connections before cladding — so issues are caught while they're still cheap to fix.
Before any system is handed over, it goes through a structured testing and commissioning protocol: continuity and insulation resistance testing, protection relay testing, performance ratio verification for generation assets, or load testing for structural and mechanical works, depending on the sector.
